What is BIG WEEK? Think VBS on Steroids' & for Older Kids!

BIG WEEK is the Summer Extension of our BIG Ministry which runs during the School Year. This is our FIFTH year of providing a Week-Long Summer Program for Students in Southern York County entering Grades 5-8 that is High Energy, High Impact, and most of all, FUN. In fact, more fun than allowed by law! 

BIG WEEK 2025 

  • Monday-Thursday; July 7-10
  • 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM
  • For Students ENTERING Grades 5-8
  • Admission is $5.00/per night (comes with a Free BIG T-Shirt, UNTIL SOLD OUT) or THREE Non-Perishable Food Items/per night (benefits our Gifts of Grace Food Pantry)
  • Located around back of Grace Church Shrewsbury - 473 Plank Road, New Freedom, PA 17349

BIG WEEK 2025 Schedule

  • Monday, July 7 - INSIDE: Dodgeball | OUTSIDE: BIG Wiffleball
  • Tuesday, July 8 - INSIDE & OUTSIDE: Arena Football
  • Wednesday, July 9 - INSIDE: Speed Ball | OUTSIDE: Street Hockey
  • Thursday, July 10 - DODGEBALL & Dodgeball TOURNAMENT

Along with all our other AWESOME ACTIVITIES: 

  • Small Games, Foursquare Tournaments, Arts & Crafts, Video Games, Pool Tables, Air Hockey, Foosball, Game Room Competition, Hanging out with Friends, Tons of Games and Prizes to be Won, like BIG STUDENT of the WEEK!

Full Snack Bar - Everything is $1

  • Soda, Water, Assorted Candy, Chicken Nuggets, French Fries, Corn Dogs, Icees
  • SPECIAL $2 MENU ITEMS - Monday: Mozz Stix | Tuesday: Walking Tacos | Wednesday: Root Beer Floats

BIG T-Shirts & TIE DYE

  • Students will receive their BIG T-Shirt with their PAID $5 admission (UNTIL SOLD OUT).
  • Your student will have the option to TIE DYE their T-Shirt on Monday or Tuesday Night ONLY at no additional cost.

REGISTRATION & Other Important BIG Stuff - Please Read!

  • No electronic devices will be permitted at BIG. This includes cell-phones, tablets, I-anything, etc. Please leave them at home. We promise, you wonโ€™t be bored.
  • You MUST register ONLINE before you come to BIG 
  • Parents MUST come inside to sign out/ get their student at the end of the night. Students will not be allowed to leave the building without a parent/guardian.
  • IF your student attended BIG during the 24-25 school year, you DO NOT need to register them as they are already in our system.
  • IF your student is entering 5th Grade for the 25-26 school year, you NEED to register them.
