Dear Grace Family, 

The Ministry of Grace Church Shrewsbury has blessed many. From outreach projects, impactful student ministries, and fellowship events, to Spirit-led worship on Sunday mornings, the unique building at 473 Plank Road contributes to the Kingdom each day. We are witnessing the Holy Spirit move in mighty ways, with souls saved and lives changed by the saving grace of Jesus Christ. As the LORD leads us through disaffiliating from the UMC and into the next season He has for Grace, we must ensure this unique ministry continues for the community we are called to serve and the next generation that we are committed to raise up.

Disaffiliation, approved by 97% of the church body, will cost Grace $2.6 million. People's Bank has approved a $1.8 million loan with an $800,000, five year bridge loan, but will not close the deal unless we show them $1 million in commitments. If the goal is not attained, Grace Church will not be able to disaffiliate. This is a tall task, but I truly believe that God's calling for Grace in Southern York County is much greater.
